Saturday – tuna pasta
Sunday – chicken with thyme, fennel and peppers ( from epicurious)
Monday – eggs or leftovers or lentil soup
Tuesday – meatballs and spaghetti sauce
Wednesday – Moroccan winter squash stew in slow cooker
Thursday – ginger salmon patties
Friday – citrus chili chicken with grape tomatoes and feta
