Meal planning really makes my life easier. Back to this routine! 

Saturday – Chili – from this post

Sunday – Moroccan Winter squash and carrot stew from epicurious

Sunday – Eggplant and walnut dip with nachos – from Rainbow foods

Monday – Leftovers

Tuesday – Broccoli with Orange Sauce- from Rainbow foods  (I will add stir fry beef, ginger, and maybe some curry!)

Wednesday – Lemon garlic chicken drumsticks, with this rice recipe

Thursday – Eggs

Friday – BBQ Fajita chicken
